Hair ideas for prom?

I found the perfect dress for my prom. http://www.brides.com/fashion/dresses/ga...

Now i need help finding a hair style that matches the dress. I was thinking either half up and half down or a whole updo. Either way, i wanted it to have curls. I have shoulder lenght brown hair with bangs. (if it helps) Any ideas?

I would put your long hair into some medium curls (example picture attached) and leave it down. It will look SOOOO HOT!

best look for it would be a low loose bun or a high bun, with a strapless dress you wanna show off your shoulders and back so that would go perfectly :]

ummm well... I would keep it loose, maybe with a bit of it pulled back so it looks more elegent! scrunch it up a bit but not TOO much hairspray.. it makes it go crispey lol
