Those are gorgeous curls. I got them done professionally for Homecoming.

Here's how to do it at home:

1. Curl your hair using a 2-inch barrel curling iron. Curl random strands of hair all around your head.

2. Spray your hair with hairspray. The best is Suave or Herbal Essences.

This look will last for 6-8 hours. Don't brush your hair after you do this. Avoid playing with it.

If your hair is already slightly wavy, just shampoo your hair before you go to sleep, and sleep with wet hair. In the morning, put mousse into your hair, then curl random sections of hair with your fingers.

All you need is a pair of GHD's. You get a demonstration DVD with them and it is really easy peasy! Even I can do it!

wrap tongs loosley down the hair, not tight and not to the top, leave tongs in for about 30 seconds and spray immediately with hairspray to fix, lasts longer

You are going to think I am crazy. If you haven't got BIG curlers, use and toilet rolls, and don't take them rigth up to the top of your hair, unless your hair is heavy and long.

ok so you want some loose flowing curls? so u will want to spray your hir with holding spray to keep the curls. You need a barrel iron then you take peice by peice and curl! to finish the look run your fingers through the curls to break them up then spray with shine spray!

if your hair is long like mileys than you can do it, if not than don't think that it will be exactly like that but i would have to say that you should use curlers to sleep in but buy some that won't stick to your hair so much! either that or a curling iron and i don't know how to use a curling iron but i guess your mom probably would!!!

Hers were probably made using large curlers on wet hair. Simply wrap wet hair around large rollers, sleep/wait until dry, take hair out of roller and run fingers through (no brush). Alternatively, it can be done with a large-barrel curling iron. The idea is to break the curl after it is made so that it fluffs out without getting frizzy. Using your fingers is easiest, but it can also be done with a pick.

hair is easiest to curl when it is not freshly washed. spray product in your hair (i use a heat protecting and curl activating spray by tresseme) take about a 1 inch section with a large curling iron and curl it towards you and then the next 1 inch section curl away from you. finish the rest of your hair then hairspray for extra hold

I use and styling get or mouse first then I take hot rollers you can use different sizes roll your hair keep them in untill the rollers cool off which could take 10 -20 minutes unroll them run your fingers through your hair spray with hairspray and your ready to go

i think you need to remember that she had a team of stylists working her hair, its hard to copy these sort of things well, as its done by professionals who have all the right equipment.

I would guess that you would use a curling thingy but not all the way to the top of the hair if you want the top bit straight, then loosen the curl into a wave by running your fingers down through it. Maybe use a little wax on your fingers?

Why not leave it for tomorrow, and have a good practice session over the weekend, then you can look fab next monday instead!

umm.. well if you have a CHI strightner then you grab a piece of hair and you put the straightner at the top.. and then move the straightner in a curling motion just a bit and pull your head so that all of your hair goes through there.. and then once your hair is out.. twirl it with your finger.. and if you dont have a CHI try a 1'' curler..

ok if you have a curling iron after you wash your hair and blow dry it dont put alot of frizz helper on it so it looks kinda messy and not so slick then take the curling iron make sure that its really hot or your curls wont be tight. then take the curling iron about one inch from the end of your hair roll your hair up in the curling iron make sure that the curling iron is vertical so that your curls are spiral. the while its in the curling iron spray hairspray on it the let it down slowly. now your curls are tight then tomorro when you wake up they will be more loose and free.

grab a 2-inches curling iron or whatever is available.

serum

hair spray

1. get a small part of your hair.

2. put a little serum or hair wax so your hair wont get tangled.

3. start curling from the middle; while rolling the curling iron, reach the tip of your hair.

if it's too complicated, start from the tip to the top.

4. count 10 seconds.

5. as you unroll it, release the iron in a vertical/standing up position.

6. use a little hair spray.

( do not overdo the spray, otherwise it's not gonna be natural-looking)

enjoy and remember to unplug the curler!

yeah take a curling tong and wrap a small section of hair all the way around the hot part (the whole strand right up to the ends) and hold it for ten mississippis and let go. voila! oh and dont close the tong just leave open and wrap the hair around the hot part i repeat DONT close the tong just wrap the hair around the hot part and hold

1) blow dry your hair, straight.

2) with a roller, while hair is still warm, roller hair around it and place a bobby pin to hold it in place.

3) do it in small sections.

4) after doing that to all of your hair, hold a aerosol free hairspray and hold it 10 inches away from your ahir and spray. all around.

5) take the blow dryer and heat hair, just blow it.

6) leave it for like an hour, and take out the pins and rollers.

7) put your head down and likeshake your head.

8) if some areas look to over done gently comb, not brush, comb through it..
