Not the haircut, but the hair color. What would I ask my hairdresser to do? What color is that called, and how do you think I should go about putting the color in? Should I use that cap thing and pull it through or just dye the whole head that color? I also have kind of light blonde roots growing in (I have medium brown hair currently but an naturally blonde) Any help would be great, thanks!!

Wow that is really pretty! You dont have to tell your hairdresser anything. Just bring in the picture and say I want my hair this exact color and she'll fix your roots and everything. DONT do it yourself! Those color things can be really hard!
