Looks like a big barrelled curling iron, go professional like a chi or helen of troy, (I'd go for a 2" barrell), then if you need volume, get root booster (again at a salon), section your hair off, shouldn't be more than 2" section and sprial curl them. The thick barrell will give you a looser curl like in the pic. Finish with a holding spray (not too much) and a spray shine. Good luck, it is a cute style.

2.Blow dry it wile bradeing10 thick pecies of hair

3.leave it in for 1 hour 1/2

4. take it out slowly(if 1 not curly try again from step 2)

5. look fabulous!
