dont it is ugly and disturbing too thin look like she is about to go bald just get a straightner if you know her tell her to try something to thicken her hair

Get a Japanese Perm done. It will cost you 300 - 500 dollars depending on your hair length and type.

print out this pic and go to a reg. hair salon. It doesn't have to be an expensive hair salon. All you have to do is show the stylist a pic of how and what you want done and they can do it. As for taking care of it after wards use a really good straightener.

Of course you will need that cut. If you have thick poofy hair. Have your stylest layer it alot. if you have thin hair they could just feather the front. The bang are thick and combed to the front. So they would only be good in that hair style you wont be able to do too much with them. To style it use a mousse, get it in you roots blow dry your hair with a brush, blow dry with the grain not against. To finish you will need a straightener. Straighten it smooth. You should be able to archive this look. Although I don't know why you would want to. It is lots of work.
