is this hair just highlighted, or would you say dyed? its KYndra mayo from Lagune beach

at times it looks hgihlighted %26amp; others it doesnt. i want to get my hair like it, but i cant tell if its highlighted or dyed. thanks :-)

looks to me like it is highlighted VERY heavy with a couple different blonds. an ash and a golden.

you will have to go to a salon to get this look, it would be very hard, if not impossible to get this look at home.

it is possible that her hair is colored all blonde, and then lighter bleached streaks were added, I think that would be the easiest way to go.... depending on how dark your natural hair is.
