I have fair skin with some freckles(not a lot) on my face. I also have dark brown hair. I was considering getting my hair done, will the hair style I'm getting look better with a tan?

You shpuld get a haircut isntead of highlights. Highlights can damage your hair, if yuo cut your hair it willl grow back quicker and longer the next time. Hope I helped.

yeah most def. you will look soo much better. highlites are not damaging IF you take care of your hair.
