My hair is straight, light brown with thin blonde streaks and goes about 5.5 or 6 inches below my shoulder (around the middle of my boob) and I want it to be longer and go below my boob lol so it would look something like miley cirus's hair or asley tisdale's...i really like their hair.

ok well to make it longer get extensions or wait it out. and then if you want more blonde streaks you can get highlights and if you want it wavier like theirs than you can get a perm. good luck! but make sure you get a good hairstylist becus otherwise ths could go horribly wrong. well not horribly but you know what i mean.
ps i8 have hair like yous and i got highlights and i like how it looks./ i love their hair too! oh but if you have thin hair like me then the longer it is the less body it will have.
