That's really easy.

First of all, you need a curling iron if you want this effect. These are the steps that you need to take:

1) Wash your hair.

2) Use some mousse, so you're hair is protected against the heat from the curling iron/

3) LET YOUR HAIR DRY!! This is very important! My hairdresser told me that your hair HAS to be dry. Otherwise, your hair will burn. Wet hair + curling iron = burned hair.

4) Devide your hair into small sections.

5) You can use a bit of hairspray or gelspray.

6) Then, you curl your hair with the curling iron. Don't touch the curl afterwards.

7) Fixate your curl with gel spray.

8) When you're finished, spray with gel spray, just so it holds.

I do this myself 2 times a week. Just make sure that you use a conditioner every once a while, cause the heat isn't really good for you hair.

you can use a frizz ease, blow dry and use a 1-2" curling iron or use a curling cream in damp hair, wrap it rollers the night before and them use a bit of spray in the morning.

The "fish hook" look happens when you don't get all of the end of the hair inside the clamp. Start with the curling iron at the top of your section of hair, then pull it down all the way to the end, being sure that the ends of the hair are completely inside the clamp of the curling iron, then roll to the top of your head. After you are done, gently work the clamp release so that you can pull the hair out without having to unroll it. Voil鑴? curls with no "fish hooks"!

-after blowdryin ur hair, put into sections to how ur gonna curl

-grab a section ur gonna curl, hairspray it

-then, comb through so the spray spreads.

-grab the curlin iron nd curl

-hairspray lightly to the hair thats bein curled. use a napkin or ur fingers nd spread the hairspray around the hair...careful its hot

-after 10-20 seconds of holdin the curlin iron, unwind the iron nd hairspray again to the curl...

-do this to all sections

-run ur fingers through som of the curls wen ur all done all around to loosein som of them

If the rest of the hair doesn't curl, work mouse into your hair while still wet, and blow dry with a diffuser. Then, when you curl your hair, add a little spritz of hairspray before you let it go.

There is also the possibility that you are trying to put too much hair on the curling iron at one time. This will prevent the heat from getting to the top. Only put about an inch of hair on the curling iron at one time.If you have really long hair like I do, you will need to curl the bottom half of the hair, release, then curl the top half of the hair.

That is very easy,

On the day before your graduation put some curlers on and leave all night. When you wake up, take them off and get your curling iron going.

Curling iron is to just fix the curls that did not come out well, and kinda curl the hair in the front so it directs towards the outside of your face (not inward.)

If it turns out too curly all you have to do is spray on some water, or leave in conditioner (any liquid hair stuff) and with your hand move your curls around the way you want them.

When done hairspray!

What is the fascination with this girl's hair? I don't think it's all that cute. To do this though (do it all the night before your graduation and then the hairspraying and tousling right before you go to graduation the next day), wet your hair (take a shower, it's easier) and get hair rollers. Do some thick rollers and some thin and roll them tight on your hair. You can use leave in conditioner and some gel maybe so they'll hold but hairspray afterwards might be better. Anyways, the next morning your hair should be pretty dry and if not try blowdrying on loooww mode for a few mins to dry up dampness. Take the curlers out and tousle your hair with your figners a little bit, DO NOT BRUSH or you'll have a frizzy mess. You can use a pick to get it right and get any tangles out. Hairspray it all up a whole bunch if you want good hold and you're done. You may want to get dressed before doing all this so you don't mess up your hair. Welcome to highschool btw :]
