hairspray, a blow dryer, a round brush, a little back combing and a few bobby pins...
that should be pretty easy to do, blow it out with some curl at the ends, pull out the pieces you want to hang in your face then start back combing and pinning the rest. then spray it all in place.

blowdry hair with round brush to get the shine and use a dime sized dab of straightening syrum to handle flyaways then create a side part on top of head, pull back sides of hair (about an inch above ear) and fasten together high on the back of your head. I can't see the back, but you could make a messy bun using bobby pins and then pull any stray bangs down to frame your face.
