HAIR:

1) Turn on the curling iron or curling irons that you plan to use.

2) While the curling irons are warming up, separate your hair into three sections by pulling two sections to each side of your face leaving the third section to be the back.

3) Clip up two of the sections, leaving one down. Curl the first section, starting toward the back of your head and working your way to the front. When you put your hair in the curling iron it should look like a spring that is coiled around the curling iron. If you have two different sizes of curling irons use the larger one to curl the bottom layer of your hair and the smaller one to curl the top.

4) Spray that section with your hairspray and gently clip it away from the rest.

5) When you finish all of the sections, take out any clips or scrunchies you have holding the section and spray your hair all over with hairspray one more time.

Make sure you tussle your hair throughout the day to give it more body with a relaxed look to it yet it looks bouncy.

Don't make the curling iron go all the way up to your head or it will look too curly

Use maximum hold hair spray to keep your style in all day.

Don't use too much harispray

MAKE-UP:

1) If your complexion is not clear it would be a good idea to apply concealer and foundation to where you need it.

2) Next, curl your eyelashes using an eyelash curler, if your eyelashes need to be curled. Be careful!

3) After that, apply eyeliner to the bottom part of your eye only, you can use liquid eyeliner for a more rock star look.

4) Now it is time to put on the mascara. Some people have naturally long eyelashes and they dont need mascara. It just depends on how long your eyelashes are. Start at the base of your eyelashed and wiggle the brush from side to side. Then curl the brush upward to coat the rest of your lashes.

5) Next you will need to put on eye shadow. Use a light brown color on the eyelid sweep on from top to bottom,then use a lighter gold color torwards the crease of your eye apply toward either the inside or the outside of your eyes depending what looks best.

6) After that, put on a very light colored blush, in either rosy pink for light skin, or a deeper pink for darker skin.

7) Finally, put on a light pink colored lip gloss, or you can just use clear lip gloss.

To replicate Miley's hair, set it in hot rollers. When they cool and you're ready to take them out, turn the rollers vertically and unwind in a spiral formation. This will give you a spiral curl. Make any touch-ups with a curling iron (in the same way, roll the hair under, holding the iron horizontally then turn vertically and unwind hair in a spiral) and you should be good to go!

That isn't really her best look, but, um, sure. Load up on EYELINER and like a grey powder eyeshadow. Put the eyeliner on THICK, and then put the shadow on up to your over-plucked eyebrows. If yours aren't overplucked, pluck, then draw them on. highlighter top of cheeks, rosy-brownish sheer lipstick on your lips.
