I think you picked a great color!! I can't tell exactly if she has highlights or one solid color. If you have the option of going to a stylist, I'd ask them to keep some of your natural color, and use highlights to bring that color into your hair. That way your hair will still match your eyebrows and you'll have the different look you're going for. Plus, when highlights grow out, there is not such a definitive line like when you completely dye your entire head one color. Lastly, the dimensions from highlights look great any way you wear it....straight, curly, or wavy!! Make sure you take lots of pics and have fun! :)

I think the color would look just fine, but the thin different color hilights would look much better if your hair was waved or curled.

People are so helpful. I'm sure you really cared if someone thought Miley Cyrus was ugly, because you know, that is what you asked... oh wait, no it's not, WTF? Anyway, I think that's a good choice because it's subtle and doesn't seem to be more than a few shades different which is important if you don't want to look like you dye your hair.
