my hair is the same color and about the same length, but it's straight. how do i get my hair to look like this?? :)

well first off i would make sure that u have the same type of layers becasue this look is all about layers if u dont have them ur screwed! lol so bring this pic to ur stylist/hairdresser let them no thats what u want and u want to be able to reproduce it so have the stylist talk u through the steps and actually try there in the salon cause the stylists can get the back of ur head a whole lot easier so they can tell u how to fix what ur doing.
