I absolutely love Smallville and when I watched season 6, I noticed Chloe's hair changes a lot.

Do I need to dry my hair with a round brush? And how do I do the rest of my hair, cause it's really flat. Thanks.

use mousse, then dry with a round brush, curling it under and towards your face. to make it more defined use a large barrel curling iron and curl it under towards your face. use hairspray on your roots for added volume.

blow dry with round brush and roll the ends inwards at the tips. then spray

When you dry it, put your brush under your hair and kind of curve it in while you dry it.

use a blow dryer with a round brush and curl it inwards. if that doesnt work, use a curling iron and some spray gel.
