Looks like that is only a few inches so I would say probably most likely. Mine grows slow %26amp; is bout as long as the 1st pic ... Mine would probably be as long as the 2nd pic by July that is 6 months away so I would so your odds are good unless your hair grows extreamly slow. I have heard only trim it when the moon is growing, take jello vitamins, .... but I just wash it a couple of times a week %26amp; let it go. Good luck.

it's possible, july is still far. try and keep your hair healthy and trim your hair every now and then to prevent and remove split ends, so that your hair can grow longer.

if it doesn't grow out to be the length you wanted it to be, you can always put extensions. `=)

Thats sort of pushing it.. Get regular trims since freshly trimmed hair grows faster than dead hair and even if it dosen't get that length by July it will be pretty close. : )
