If you get a spiral perm, it may or may not come out like the pics, but it will be permanently curly, as possibly frizzy in humidity. This means it will be a pain and a half to style it any other way.

A perm probably won't get you anything really close to those pictures. I do not suggest getting a perm, even if it is a loose one.

Hot rollers would get you something closer to the first two. As for the third, a smaller barrel curling iron.
